ZUMBA! has been a part of the fitness craze since 2006. Having been a professional dancer for many years, it seemed a natural addition to my resume. ZUMBA! has helped me reach large masses in joy and fitness and allowed me to make many friends and students.
ZUMBA! is fitness class (not a dance technique class) that mixes body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps. The routines utilize the principles of aerobic interval and resistance training. The combination of slow & fast rhythms tone and sculpt the body, maximize calorie output and burn fat.
